We do not store card payment details.

Session information may be discussed anonymously within professional supervision.

How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely using password-protected and encrypted systems. Access is limited to authorised personnel only. Session notes are stored separately from identifying information where possible.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Client records are retained for 7 years following the end of counselling (or 7 years from age 18 for children and young people, where applicable). Data is securely deleted or destroyed after this period.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of data (where applicable)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Withdraw consent
  • Make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office
