Harbour Minds CIC is the data controller for the purposes of data protection law.

We do not store card payment details.

• Meet legal, safeguarding, and professional obligations

Session information may be discussed anonymously within professional supervision.

Your data is stored securely using password-protected and encrypted systems. Access is limited to authorised personnel only. Session notes are stored separately from identifying information where possible.

Client records are retained for 7 years following the end of counselling (or 7 years from age 18 for children and young people, where applicable). Data is securely deleted or destroyed after this period.
