Our Mission

Do I need a referral?
No — you can self-refer at any time.

Is counselling confidential?
Yes. We keep all sessions confidential unless there’s a safeguarding risk.

Can I choose who I see?
We’ll always do our best to match you with the right support — just let us know your preferences.

What’s the difference between student and qualified counsellors?
Student counsellors are in the final stages of accredited training and work under close supervision. They offer the same level of care and empathy but may charge a lower fee.
