Yes. Weekly invoices or automatic payments will be arranged before your first session.
We aim to keep costs low, and where possible, we may offer subsidised sessions or signpost to free services.
Yes — we are a registered CIC (Community Interest Company). All counsellors work under BACP or NCPS ethical frameworks and receive regular clinical supervision.
We take concerns seriously. You can raise them directly with your counsellor, or email us in confidence. We follow a clear complaints process in line with our policies.
