Individual Counselling

Inner Space Health & Healing is a private practice, offering calm, confidential 1:1 support for people who need space to pause, reflect, and regain a sense of steadiness.

Alongside my work with Harbour Minds, I offer individual sessions focused on personal wellbeing, life transitions, and emotional support. This work is separate from Harbour Minds community activities and centres on one-to-one support.

Sessions are available in Beccles (Space at the Quay), with limited availability to ensure the work remains contained and ethical.

Who is this support for?

Is This Right for You?

Inner Space may be a good fit if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained
  • Navigating midlife changes affecting mood, energy, confidence, or identity
  • Experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood alongside physical changes or fatigue
  • Wanting support to reflect on health, wellbeing, and lifestyle in a realistic, compassionate way
  • Feeling disconnected from your body, routines, or sense of balance
  • Looking for space to talk things through without judgement or pressure

Sessions can include gentle exploration of how factors such as nutrition, movement, rest, and daily rhythms are impacting your wellbeing — always guided by what feels appropriate and achievable for you.


While my work often supports women in midlife, this service is open to anyone who feels this approach meets their needs. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need a plan before you arrive. We start with where you are.

My approach

Sessions are calm and conversational and person-centred, offering space to slow things down and explore what’s really going on for you. I work by listening carefully, reflecting honestly, and supporting you to reconnect with your own understanding and strengths.

Depending on what you bring, sessions may include:

  • talking therapy
  • reflective and coaching-style conversations
  • exploring patterns, transitions, and life changes
  • building steadier ways of coping and responding

There is no pressure to move at a particular pace. We work with what feels manageable and useful for you.

Ways to work together

Individual Support Sessions 1:1 - £40 - 1 hour

These sessions include counselling support, offering space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Counselling can help make sense of what’s been building over time, support emotional wellbeing, and create room for change at a pace that feels right for you. Some people come for a small number of sessions to work through something specific, while others value having an ongoing space to reflect and support their wellbeing over time. The pace and length of the work are guided by your needs and what feels most helpful for you.


Midlife Reset – 3 Session Block - £110 - 3 hours

A short, focused series for people feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads.

This option is helpful if you are:

  • feeling emotionally overloaded
  • questioning direction or identity
  • struggling to rebalance life, work, and wellbeing

The focus is on clarity, steadiness, and reconnecting with yourself.


Ongoing Support – 6 Session Block - £210 - 6 hours

For those who would benefit from support over a little more time.

This option allows space to:

  • explore patterns and transitions more deeply
  • build confidence and self-trust
  • make sustainable changes at a manageable pace


Payment plans or reduced-rate options may be available — please ask if cost is a concern.


Small Group Support Sessions - £25 per person (1 hour)

For those who would prefer to share the space — or attend alongside a friend — small group sessions offer a supportive, guided setting to reflect, talk, and feel less alone.

Groups are:

  • small and carefully held (2–4 people)
  • structured and gently facilitated
  • focused on shared themes rather than personal disclosure
  • respectful of boundaries and confidentiality

These sessions can be a good option if you are:

  • looking for support at a lower cost
  • wanting to attend with a friend or partner
  • drawn to shared reflection without pressure to speak

Monthly Midlife Check-In (coming soon)
A gentle, lower-cost option offering space to pause and reflect.
Details will be shared once dates are confirmed.
